Patrick has 20 years' experience in providing employee-assistance services and more than 15 years of experience in adoption, developmental disabilities, and mental health services. He is a certified independent social worker in the state of Wisconsin and is certified as an employee assistance professional by the Employee Assistance Professionals Association.
