I chose UWFox because I knew that the class sizes are a lot smaller than what I would get at a four-year university. I really value the smaller class sizes because I feel as if I learn more and can work at a faster pace. Another couple of things that factored into my decision to start at Fox - the campus is only about 10 minutes from my house and all of my credits will transfer easily.

After finishing the spring semester at UWFox, I plan to transfer to UW Oshkosh to begin my core classes for my degree. Once I graduate from UW Oshkosh, I'm hoping that I can stay local and get a teaching job somewhere in the Fox Cities.

My biggest piece of advice would be to make sure that you are communicating with your professors. Every professor I've had has been incredibly understanding of anything that has come up. Adding onto the communication advice, make sure that you take advantage of your professors’ office hours. They are there to help you and answer any questions you have!
