LEARN A NEW APPROACH TO SERVICE-LEARNING THAT EMPHASIZES COMMUNITY IMPACT. Join us for a conference that offers tools and techniques to build relationships between community and campus, balance community and campus needs, troubleshoot conflicts between community and academic interests and document community impact.
CALL FOR WORKSHOP PROPOSALS: DUE March 21st. We are looking for good examples of Service-Learning that emphasize community impact. If you and your community, higher education or student partner are interested in leading discussion sections/workshops sessions, please send a brief description of your project/work and session idea to Charity Schmidt, cschmidt2@wisc.edu, or Randy Stoecker, rstoecker@wisc.edu, or 608-890-0764.
